1. Information We Collect

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Roblox Government ("we," "our," or "us") collects only the information necessary to operate our democratic systems. When you link your Roblox account, we receive your Roblox username, user ID, and avatar from Roblox Corporation via their OAuth 2.0 API.

We also collect vote and election ballot data to facilitate our democratic processes. This data is associated with your Roblox identity for audit and integrity purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and eligibility to participate in elections and community votes.
• To validate your membership in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Roblox group.
• To maintain the integrity of our electoral processes through audit trails.
• To display your verified Roblox identity within the platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not store your Roblox password or credentials — authentication is handled entirely by Roblox Corporation through their OAuth 2.0 protocol. We only store the authorization tokens and profile information you explicitly consent to share.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Vote tallies and election results may be published publicly in aggregate form, but individual ballots remain confidential. Administrative access to ballot data is restricted to authorized election officials for fraud detection and audit purposes.

5. Roblox OAuth Scope

When you authorize our application through Roblox OAuth, we request the openid and profile scopes. This grants us access to your public Roblox username, user ID, display name, and avatar. We do not access your private messages, inventory, Robux balance, or any other account data.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your linked Roblox account data at any time by contacting the Commonwealth administration. Upon deletion, your past votes and ballots remain anonymized for audit integrity but are no longer associated with your identity.
