1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Roblox Government platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided for roleplay and community governance purposes within the Roblox platform.

2. Eligibility

To participate in elections and community votes, you must have a valid Roblox account and be a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Roblox group. The Service reserves the right to verify your group membership and identity through Roblox OAuth 2.0.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to manipulate elections, submit fraudulent ballots, bypass verification systems, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Commonwealth's democratic processes. Violations may result in permanent disqualification from voting and referral to Roblox moderation.

4. Election Integrity

All ballots are subject to administrative review. The Commonwealth employs automated fraud detection and manual moderation to ensure election integrity. Ballots may be approved, denied, or flagged for further review at the discretion of authorized election officials.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Roblox Corporation's OAuth 2.0 API for identity verification. By using the Service, you also agree to Roblox's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Commonwealth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" for community roleplay purposes. The Commonwealth makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced through our official communication channels.
